Charles Barnard grew up in a stereotypical middle class family in an old mill town. He always was a "dreamer" and "big thinker". He was raised in a manner where a growth mindset was developed. Beginning in high school he started reading and trying to understand the secrets to achievement. Here is his story in his words.

The crowd rushed into the auditorium while music was blaring and excitement and energy was building to a crescendo. It didn’t really let up for the entire evening and culminated in the fire walk. I was twenty-three years old and almost a year out of college when I left my home and flew 3,000 miles to attend a seminar and meet Tony Robbins. His book Unlimited Power was not the first book I read on success, but it was the one that truly lit my fire. I had already read the classics Think and Grow Rich, How to Win Friends and Influence People and  The Power of Positive Thinking. I had begun to study success as a freshman in high school. I would continue to study it for the next 40 plus years.

I went to college and got a BA in Economics. I then got a certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner from Tony Robbins and Robbins Research Institute. A Year later I got certified in the field of Advanced Behavioral Modeling by training with Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall.  I then began to get my advanced degree in the school of hard knocks. I struggled trying to run a business while working other jobs to help pay the bills. I had a series of setbacks and “failures”.

As I did trainings in communications using the NLP model and trying to land lucrative modeling projects, I came to realize I was good at and loved working with young people. The workshops I did that I enjoyed most were with high school and college students. Much of my early work was working with high school and college athletes. As much as I enjoyed that, I needed steady income and I decided I did not want to work in the corporate world or the world of finance despite having a degree in economics. It was time for more education.

I returned to school and got my Master’s Degree in Special Education specializing in behavior. For the next 30 plus years, I worked in three different school districts guiding, coaching, teaching, and mentoring middle and high school aged students who had behavioral or social and emotional challenges. I worked in a city school, my hometown - a school in an old blue collar factory town, - and an affluent suburban community. In my hometown, I designed the program from scratch. In the last district I worked in, the concept of the program was already created, and I was hired to direct it and run it. That work taught me a great deal about the practical application of principles for personal achievement and success.

Over the thirty years I worked in public and private schools, I also continued my own education in a variety of areas. I studied more and more about finance and investing, family dynamics and psychology. Along the way, I became certified as a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practioner, Master Practitioner of Time-Line Therapy Techniques^TM, and Master Hypnotherapist studying with Tad James.

I continued to pursue my passion in coaching, especially once I started having children. I coached soccer and skiing. I coached basketball and coached baseball at every level through high school. I also individually worked with numerous high school, college, and a couple of professional athletes in not only those sports but also track and field and cross-country. Finally, I began to synthesize all my book knowledge and all my experiential knowledge and all my knowledge in course design and behavioral modification to develop a life altering training course on training the mindset of a champion – or essentially a growth mindset.

The information will challenge you to learn about yourself. Knowing too that even though the information here is all you really need, and the full courses are excellent, there is nothing like having a personal coach or mentor. I also offer that for those who may be looking for that personal breakthrough in one area of their life or better yet, a more balanced and fulfilling life. I am especially motivated and interested in helping high school and college a students and their families offering unique pricing for families.
